One of our most popular itineraries, sailing between Split and Dubrovnik; snaking along the coastline and exploring the islands along the way. A round robin of adventure and relaxation, this seven night cruise is simply a perfect way to fully experience the coastline and islands of Croatia; step on-board your luxury vessel, sit back and just enjoy!
Your mornings are spent on deck, relaxed, with attentive crew and lavish surroundings, as the stunning scenery slips by, take in a dip in the sparkling sea and swim to secluded beaches, or just lie back with a book. Late afternoon join a walking tour guided by a local expert, they certainly know how to bring the places you visit to life with facts and tales of years gone by, a much better experience than relying on a book and going it alone.
Evenings are always a special time; each night you are moored up in a different location, whether a busy city with bustling nightlife, or quieter town steeped in history, the opportunity to find your own eateries and mingle with the locals. This interesting itinerary highlights the best and the must see of Croatia. Island are diverse and very different from one another, such as Korkula, the island best known for the birthplace of Marco Polo. Mljet is famous for its beautiful national park and salt lake, then and Sipan a tiny little island with once a fishing village. Dubrovnik, perhaps one of the most famous places in Croatia, with its ancient city walls, and cobbled streets. Turning around we then head north to Hvar which is the longest island, famed for lavender fields and being the sunniest island, then onwards to Bol, boasting the best beaches in Dalmatia. Theres plenty of ancient architecture and deep history to be seen too; Split is part of UNESCO, a heritage site with its Diocletian Palace and old city town.
If you are looking for a light hearted and luxurious introduction to Croatia, or indeed to small yacht cruising; then Split and the Southern Dalmatian islands is a perfect choice.
Check in from 1400 onwards. The rest of the afternoon is spent relaxing on-board, making yourself at home and perhaps enjoying a couple of drinks on the deck. Passengers will be arriving through-out the day and into late evening. A little later enjoy a welcome cocktail and a short meet and greet introduction.
Split - Makarska - Mljet
Early morning departure sailing along the Dalmatia coast down to Makarska Riviera. The rest of the morning is spent swimming at one of the beautiful beaches. After lunch we depart towards Mljet famous for its national park known for its immense beauty and its two turquoise salt lakes surrounded by thick forest. Upon arrival you will have plenty of time to explore individually, maybe renting bikes or hop onto the small boat that will take you to a tiny island and visit the church of St.Mary built in the 12th century. Overnight in port Polaca/Pomena
Mljet - Dubrovnik
After breakfast we depart for Dubrovnik, which is certainly a highlight of this cruise. On route there will be a short swim stop. On arrival join our walking tour accompanied by a local tour guide who will lead you through Stradun, a area of streets, square and promenade inside the city walls. For those with more enthusiasm why not try the walk along the top of the 1,940m long city walls, or hop onto the cable cars.. Overnight in the port of this magical town.
Dubrovnik - Sipan/Trstenik
Morning is free to make the most of Dubrovnik. At noon we leave towards the little isle of Sipan or Trstenik on the Peljesac peninsula, where there is time to relax and swim. This evening a three course Captains dinner will be served on-board.
Sipan/Trstenik - Korcula
A morning sail to Korcula, the birthplace of Marco Polo. Lunch is served on-board in front of the Lumbarda. After arriving join our early afternoon tour of this lovely town and fortified walls. On this island you can hear more legends, tales and see more monuments than anywhere else in Croatia. Overnight in Korcula.
Korcula - Hvar
This morning we head for Hvar, stopping for lunch and a swim at the Pakleni Islands. Arrival in Hvar in the afternoon. Hvar is the longest island in the Adriatic, famous for lavender fields and simply its breath taking beauty. After arrival enjoy a guided walk of the town. The city offers an abundance of nightlife, with bars and cafes open long into the night.
Hvar (Bol) - Split
Our next stop will be the island of Brac. Swimming is planned at one of the most famous beaches in Dalmatia, Zlatni Rat near Bol, (The Golden cape - its gravel promontory shifts from side to side as the wind and waves constantly change its shape). Bol is a typical fishermans town turned into a popular tourist destination. After lunch we start of journey back to Split. On arrival enjoy a tour of this fascinating city which lies under a UNESCO protection. Split is a monumental city under world heritage famous for the Diocletian Palace.
Split - Disembarkation
Time to say goodbye to the crew and new friends. Disembarkation is at 9am.

This classic coastal cruise offers contemporary style, together with plenty of living space on-board. You can expect a personal and attentive service through-out your stay, making the M/S Prestige the perfect platform from which to explore the islands and waters of the Adriatic.
All 20 en-suite cabins on board the Prestige have been perfected to give you optional space and comfort. Located on either the lower (8 internal access with porthole), main deck (9 external access with a door straight onto the deck and picture window) plus two VIP cabins which are located at the front of the ship, are larger in size and have private internal access with larger window). All cabins are en-suite (shower) and offer air-con, LCD TV, safe deposit, cupboard and wardrobe, hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobe and slippers, lifejacket and communication system.
Boasting modern facilities expected of a brand new vessel, the Prestige has an abundance of space and comfortable living areas .the salon features large windows and comfortable seating, bar, music system, and dining facilities with an outdoor terrace. The majority of leisure time on-board is spent on the fantastic Sun Deck, a huge 250 square meters with whirlpool, relaxed sunchairs/loungers, large shaded area and background music. To make the most of every swimming opportunity there is a platform with a ladder for easy access to the water.
Food and drink:
Your mixed half board basis includes dinner on arrival, breakfast daily, 5 lunches with 1 drink, captains dinner, plus 1.5ltr bottle of water daily. This arrangement offers the best of both worlds; to enjoy the fayre on-board, and also time to sample local restaurants and eateries, making the most of the slow paced days and evenings of the Adriatic coastline and islands. Drinks not included within the package can be purchased from the bar located in the salon.
